Relocated UK sales office from a large corporate office to small
independent office as a result of divestment of a division.

First week of May we showed our client suitable offices that we had
identified. Although a brand new building, there was just a basic shell.
|
|
By 29th June, negotiations for the lease had been
completed and the building equipped with telecom and data services. This
included the construction of internal offices and a server room with a full
IT infrastructure. The client was able to move in with his business only
closed for one afternoon. The office opened for business fully on Monday
2nd July.

" We were delighted with the speed with which we were
able to complete the move, but even more so as speed did not diminish
the attention to the smallest detail. When we moved in, the office was
complete in every respect."
P.N., UK Sales Manager for a Passive Component Manufacturer.

Relocation
of UK Sales Office and setting up a UK Sales Operation

After legal discussions, our client was able to sign the lease on his new
offices on 22nd January. The offices were in need of a complete
refurbishment including the installation of new lighting, power and CAT 5
cabling for voice and data.

|
|
Our client was able to move into the new offices and opened for business
on 11th February.

"We faced the daunting task of establishing ourselves as a new and
independent UK company. Aubrey's knowledge and experience of managing a
company enabled us to maintain focus on the running of the business.
Through his network he took care of all practical issues, from outsourcing
our accounting to setting up our pensions scheme, including arranging
private health insurance cover and other employee benefits, besides
setting up our new offices complete with IT infrastructure. Once we had
decided where our new offices should be, DEO took care to establish them
in line with our requests."
C.H., UK Sales Manager, European Electronic Component Manfacturer.
